Bay Realty began operations on July 4th, 1974. Originally,
the focus was to sell and list unimproved lots and acreage. Bay
Realty is now involved in the listing and sales of lots and acreage,
homes, multi-family housing, commercial properties, and business

We are open 6 days a week, Monday through Friday- 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 10am to 4pm. Agents will make appointments for after hour showings and consultations. Bay Realty is on the state-wide MLS system allowing access to all listings on the Kenai Peninsula as well as throughout the State of Alaska.
