What a night for a tent concert as the sun broke through and the evening of music came through crisp and clear! Opening with a song celebrating the sunshine by the Beatles, singer –songwriter Andy Baker preformed a solo acoustic guitar show for the benefit of the Seldovia Arts Council Saturday, July 27. His voice reminiscent of James Taylor and Jim Croce, came through beautifully as he traveled down the melody road following a self-guided guitar journey that has taken him from childhood favorite covers off the radio, to sophisticated compositions of this own making. We truly enjoyed his performance.
The Seldovia Arts Council would like to heartily thank Andy for his generous contribution to the arts in Seldovia . Thanks also to Mary and Tom Glover who hosted Andy while he was here, and the loyal dedicated SAC crew who helped with set up and take down the event.
