Confirmation of reservations will be made upon receiving a 50% deposit. A full refund of deposit will be made if canceled 3 days prior to charter date. If canceled within the 3-day deadline and we are unable to rebook the space, you will forfeit your 50% deposit. Deposit may be applied to a future charter date, space available. There will be a full refund if the charter is canceled due to unsafe boating conditions.
